Over 5 years of experience in media planning at Change Interaction and Mindshare VN, I contributed to win several projects among 60 pitches from many clients such as Sony, Samsung, Toyota, P&G VN. I have experience in manage a team, convince clients on concept proposal, media channels and ideas based on key findings, key learning (rationale), ROI calculation, learn how to plan traditional media (TV, OOH, Print, Radio) as well as know how to deal with crisis and problems. Furthermore, I can equally comfortable working independently to meet company goals as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Utilizing communication skills, I developed and maintained successful working relationships with both internal and external staff.
Studying aboard is a stepping stone for me to work in the international workplace. As a Master in International Communication candidate at two universities in the Netherlands and in the United Kingdom, these degrees have prepared me well by developing my working knowledge of intercultural competent communication professional able to work in a global context. Besides, I have an opportunity to work on the projects with IKEA and St Michael’s Hospice which are the accurate representation of a real-world pitch experience and are valuable for me in the future career.
